How does FESC Asset Management protect my personal information?

How does FESC Asset Management collect my personal information?

We collect your personal information, for example, when you: Ppen an account or give us your income information Tell us about your portfolio or submit ID verification Make a wire transfer or other money movement We also collect your personal information from others, such as credit bureaus, affiliates and other companies.

Why can’t I limit all sharing?

Federal law gives you the right to limit only: Sharing for affiliates’ everyday business purposes Information about your creditworthiness Affiliates from using your information to market to you Sharing for nonaffiliates to market to you State laws and individual companies may give you additional rights to limit sharing.

Definitions

Other important information FESC Asset Management, LLC maintains custodial and service agreements with Interactive Brokers, LLC. Interactive Brokers, LLC provides trade execution, clearing, custody and other related services. The Privacy Policies for Interactive Brokers can be found on their respective websites.

Affiliates – Companies related by common ownership or control. They can be financial and nonfinancial companies. FESC Asset Management does not share your personal information to affiliates to market to you.

Nonaffiliates – Companies not related by common ownership or control. They can be financial and nonfinancial companies FESC Asset Management does not share your personal information to nonaffiliates to market to you.

Joint marketing – A formal agreement between nonaffiliated financial companies that together market financial products or services to you. FESC Asset Management does not jointly market with nonaffiliates.

The fundamental principles of our general investment philosophy, which are epistemic humility and pragmatism, permeate all of our work. You’ll identify them as the recurring trait, a “leit-motif”, in all of our portfolios.
